Background: It is a large American-owned electronics manufacturing enterprise under the domination of Gongbei Customs in Zhongshan City, with more than 100,000,000 US dollars in import and export volume annual. It is also classified as a pilot enterprise of the Customs supervision of electronic networking. To ensure the project implementing smoothly, they took our CAMC as their professional consultant to support the project after careful consideration. According to lots of surveys and analysis, we found that there is huge distance from the policy, specialty, technique, systematize, not only in bonded goods monitoring, electronic information systems matching, internal customs business process, production management and customs business accounting, but also in the processing trade customs risk management. The cooperation and support among the Customs department, government, upstream and downstream firms were need. Adjusting the complex relationship between the internal and external interests was also necessary.
